You can permanently delete your BerryDesk account here or in the mobile app under Profile → Delete account.
Your personal data is removed
Your profile, sign-in credentials, memberships, notifications, preferences and personal drafts are removed. Access ends immediately on all devices; personal data cleanup then runs in the background.
Your organisation keeps its history
Company tickets, replies, internal notes, saved replies, AI summaries and audit history stay with the workspace. Your replies and notes show “Former teammate” and personal author references are removed. Customer data, integrations and company billing remain under the organisation’s retention policy. Any personal information you put in shared ticket text remains in that company history.
Owned workspaces need a successor
Choose an existing teammate to own each active workspace. Only an unused free workspace without organisation data or paid services can close with your account.
