Most teams say they care about customer satisfaction. Far fewer treat it as a system. They send a survey, watch a number drift up or down, and call it a quarter. That is not a satisfaction practice. That is a thermometer pointed at a building that is on fire somewhere on the third floor.

This piece is the version of the conversation we wish more support and product leaders had. Not the slide-deck definition. The operator's view.
